US; this is a remote role on a distributed team (core working hours are midday Eastern Time)

What you’ll do:

You’ll be figuring out growth for a zero to one product. You’ll develop, manage, and execute on growth initiatives for organic user acquisition, building on a strong foundation of customer enthusiasm and trust. You’ll help lay the foundations for our partnerships and enterprise sales efforts, experiment across a range of different channels, and help develop the systems to evaluate and capitalize on growth opportunities rapidly. You’ll do user research, market segmentation, and data analytics to identify actionable insights for growth and marketing. Working with product and marketing, you’ll help define our brand and market positioning, and craft copy and messaging for both consumer and enterprise audiences. This role is ideal for a scrappy and enthusiastic operator who loves the momentum of an early stage startup and thrives on smart, relentless execution.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of PM, marketing or growth experience
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Good judgment on product, brand, and market positioning
  • A passion for the details and a high quality bar, as well as the awareness of when it is appropriate to maintain that bar versus ship quickly
  • Self accountability and the ability to execute in a remote startup environment
  • Curiosity, humility, a desire to learn and grow and to help others learn and grow
  • Passion for thoughtful, ethical technology

Nice-to-haves, but not required:

  • Experience with growth marketing (social media, affiliate, influencer, paid media)
  • Familiarity with partnerships management or enterprise sales
